Arizona Foundation Solutions were great. From the consultation to the repair I felt completely comfortable. It's nice to deal with a company that has such integrity when repairing something as important as your home's foundation.

This company is a standout - they return phone calls, they are responsive, they show up on time, give honest quotes and they do great work. We had severe issues with heaving and subsidence and their topological mapping system helped us see the issues vividly and allowed them to build a detailed remediation plan that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the forthright cost explanation as well, there was no attempt to sugar coat the facts, they told me what I needed and how much it would cost - simple. Also every associate I interacted with from sales to on-site crew to phone advocates were courteous, relaxed and friendly.

I have recently been dealing with Chris Ortiz concerning repair of our house foundation. He has been very helpful with his knowledge and expertise about our particular issues. Chris has been punctual, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The analysis technician, Joelin Vistante, was equally friendly, professional and efficient in collecting data for the Forensic Engineering Report. I am very impressed with the amount of information and the use of technology. I am looking forward to seeing the plan in action.

Freddy Flores thoroughly inspected our foundation and offered several helpful tips to prevent damage. Our solutions consult Ryan O. listened our concerns, answered our questions in as much detail as we wanted and was very patient (we asked a lot of questions). He consistently addressed our concerns in a timely fashion through the process and was excellent at customer engagement. The team that came out to do the MoistureLevel install was punctual, professional, courteous, respectful of my family, my property and had that personal touch. Barry A. Was the foreman and he was assisted by Marcus. They cleaned up and left the place neat and even brought our garbage bin off the street. Keep choosing employees like those mentioned and your business will continue to expand. Everyone we interacted with from AZFS was excellent.

We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

Victor Mendoza and his partner Alex did a great job. They were very polite and listened to what my concerns were. Once in a while I would come out and talk to them to see how well the job was coming along. I have nothing but the greatest admiration for the great work and customer communication skills.I spoke with Alexis in the office and she was the greatest during our discussions. Every step of my experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was top notch. Overall a good experience with AZ Foundation Solutions folks.  Brian Patrick is a nice guy to work with.  Dave and crew (to install piers) were honest, friendly, and respectable folks.  We need more folks like them working in the service industry.  I recommend this company to anyone with foundation issues.

The only thing I would criticize would be the communication from the office staff about what time they would come out for the repairs. My sales consultant Brian, on the other hand, was excellent. He followed up on any questions I had and was quick to call when he needed to reschedule. They did a great job on the repairs and so far I have no complaints about the work.
