We recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair our house foundation! Brian Patrick was our consultant and did a great job in the beginning explaining exactly what the process was going to be. What repairs they needed to do, the different choices we had to accomplish what needed to be done and helped us get the loan needed to pay for all the work. Gregory Andrews and his crew were AWESOME!! They did an amazing job in less time than what was originally estimated. Greg is very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions or watching them work! He also did some sewer, drain pipe repair and replacement therefore we didnt have to call a plumber and wait for them to do the reconfiguration of pipes around the pillars! They were very professional, were careful moving and using equipment on the property. When they were done, after cleaning up, you couldn't even tell they had been here. The area looked better than before they came and did the work! We would STRONGLY RECOMMEND them for ANY work someone else needed!! Thanks again all of you for making a very unpleasant situation alittle easier to take!!!

I always worry when dealing with companies that offer any kind of home repair that the representatives will try to sell you expensive services that ultimately end up being unneeded. This could not be further from the truth with Arizona Foundation Solutions. From start to finish the employees were courteous, professional, and ethical. Freddy Flores thoroughly inspected our foundation and offered several helpful tips to prevent damage. I would recommend this company to any homeowner, and will absolutely turn to them for any repairs that we might need down the line.

AZ Foundation Solutions has performed foundation stabilization and poly lift and leveling on the foundation and floor of my house. The work was performed professionally and the crew was knowledgeable in the application of their trade. The sales department was knowledgeable with the process and always responsive when I had questions concerning the job. Overall a good experience.

I called three different foundation repair places to get bids, 2 of them did not spend much time looking over the foundation (about 20 mins) they talked about what they do and said they would get back me 1 to 2 weeks on the estimate. AZ Foundations came out and the estimator was very professional and got on his hands and knees went over the foundation showing me what was happen. He showed pictures on the materials they use and how it’s installed, the estimator was very nice and took his time. He then sat down with me and gave me an estimate on sight all within 1-½ hours. The worker that showed up to do the work was very professional and did a great job and cleaning up after was perfect; it only took 6 hours to get the work done. I was going to pay the rest of the bill when the employee that did the work told to me hold off on writing the check. He called the office talked to them about what was done and that it was not as bad as we thought it going to be and gave me a bill lower then was agreed on contact. This makes me feel great about a company that is willing to bill less then what was agreed on. I wish other companies would do this; they would just charge what was quoted and leave. This is very top-notch company; I like the warranty that comes with their work it was the best out of three. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Brian was fantastic! We also asked about concrete and stucco which are services you don't provide, but I was very happy with the knowledge and service I received.

Superior company! They diagnosed the problem with our foundation, made recommendations and did a great job. Keith, the consultant, and Barry, Fernando and Daniel the technicians were informative and polite, and left the property in excellent condition when they were finished with the work. We would recommend this company without reservation.

About 6 years ago I had Arizona Foundation Solutions come and fix my slab foundation due to Mesquite trees lifting it up searching for water. Their roots had not only traveled underneath the house but they were affecting the pool as well. None of the windows would open no matter how hard u tried to force them open ( I was on my second set of windows). They came and jack hammered not only the garage, family room, front porch as well as the back porch, but around the whole perimeter of my house. Then they dug down about 9’ or until they hit bedrock and giant 85lb., brackets were attached to equally giant screws, which also attached to the house’s foundation. A fellow with a manometer measured the slope on one side of the house, it was 3 inches different! I was present for the lift, very gradually the house was lifted to be level with the other side of the house. One by one the windows made a popping sound and I was able to open my windows again! They filled all the areas they had drilled into with concrete plugging up the voids, laid down new cement sections in the back patio and the garage. They not only saved my house, but they stabilized the foundation. Guaranteed for 75 years and a transferable warranty. The Mesquite trees came out! All 4 of them. When it says on their tag, no water once established, don’t u believe it! Thank you again Arizona Foundation Solutions, I recommended you to a friend in Tempe who was having issues with his brand new house of two years! When his house was built it wasn’t tied to the foundation and was beginning to slip off of it during one of our monsoon rains. You r a life saver🤗
