Arizona Foundations has done a remarkable job in restoring the structural condition of our home. Brian Guthrie came to our house on time to check the cracks in our foundation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave Very though inspection of both the inside and outside of our home. Because of Brian we cancelled one other inspection with another company.

This could not be further from the truth with Arizona Foundation Solutions. From start to finish the employees were courteous, professional, and ethical. Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. Thomas is the kind of person that you can trust to give you a true evaluation of any foundation problem you might have, including assuring you that you have no problem at all if that is the case! Been in Scottsdale for 22 yrs now, and I've dealt with many a contractor for various projects/repairs, and this crew is, by far, the most informative, courteous, and professional of them all. Called Arizona Foundation Solutions for a water issue coming from the outside of our slab into our living room area. Brian confirmed what we suspected and gave us EXCELLENT direction on how to pursue our issue. Brian was VERY knowledgeable and helpful and took his time explaining what our options are. We could not have picked a better company to work with as well as a great consultant that Brian is.

I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to fix your foundation problems. Brian Patrick was very easy to work with and immediately knew what was wrong with my foundation. Their engineers came out, conducted extensive tests and came up with a plan to solve my problem. Brain came back out and explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. Jacob Davis came out and installed the pumps, explained how they worked and answered all my questions. They cleaned up as they went along and left my property as clean as when they arrived. I also had gutters installed and they look great. I am very pleased with the work done by this company and give them 5 stars.Debbie
