About 9 months ago we tested for radon in our new house and the level was 5 pCi/L. The FDA says anything over 4.0 should be mitigated, and the WHO says anything over 2.7 should be mitigated due to the cancer risk from radon exposure. We called AZ Foundation Solutions and their engineers reviewed our floor plans designed a mitigation system which they installed. We waited about 9 months for the system to do its job and then retested. We were very happy to see the results. In the two rooms we tested, one was 0.7 and the other was 1.0, well below acceptable levels. The AZ Foundation Solutions system really works! We had one communication problem but the company addressed it.

Well there hasn't been any groundwork done yet, but if it turns out as professional as the experience that I have had with Brian Guthrie. Then I should be impressed. Mr. Guthrie is a man that doesn't demand respect, he truly earns your respect. From the first time I met Mr. Guthrie he expressed concern for my foundation issues and answered my questions with extensive knowledge of what the causes of my foundation issues may be and what needs to be done to correct them. Mr. Guthrie is a true professional, very easy to communicate with and a man that I'd call my friend. Thank you, Brian, for your efforts and your help with my foundation.

From the free inspection all the way to installation of new piers, the entire crew that I've interacted with (Chris Ortiz, Adam Rhodes, Greg Andrews) have been excellent. Chris did a great job going over the initial inspection and the later review of what was going on with the house. Adam came in and did a great job doing the home survey. Greg's installation team came in and did a quality install. Everyone was professional and personable and did a good job putting us at ease with the process and giving us piece of mind that the finished product will help our home last.

Chris Ortiz was an excellent resource in our initial appraisal of the project. He was responsive to our concerns and did a thorough evaluation and gave us a detailed estimate of the cost involved and the timing for the project. Through this long process he has been available when questions come up and has always been reassuring in the timing of his response. Felix was the project manager and did most of the labor involved in this project and was an incredible person to work with. He was communicating with us on a daily basis by text message as well as sending appropriate pictures to keep us updated in terms of the stage and progress of the project. We recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair our house foundation! Brian Patrick was our consultant and did a great job in the beginning explaining exactly what the process was going to be. What repairs they needed to do, the different choices we had to accomplish what needed to be done and helped us get the loan needed to pay for all the work. Gregory Andrews and his crew were AWESOME!! They did an amazing job in less time than what was originally estimated. Greg is very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions or watching them work! He also did some sewer, drain pipe repair and replacement therefore we didnt have to call a plumber and wait for them to do the reconfiguration of pipes around the pillars! They were very professional, were careful moving and using equipment on the property. When they were done, after cleaning up, you couldn't even tell they had been here. The area looked better than before they came and did the work! We would STRONGLY RECOMMEND them for ANY work someone else needed!! Thanks again all of you for making a very unpleasant situation alittle easier to take!!!

They say knowledge is power!  After consulting with foundation specialist Chris Ortiz before and after the engineering study on our foundation I feel completely confident that I understand our foundation problems and what my options are for correcting the issues. His excellent verbal description with great visual aids showed exactly where and what was going on.  Additional videos completely show the process of repairs. Although it will not be cheap or quick I feel it will be done right.  He had answers for all my questions from finances to timelines.  Everything is completely up front.  The company came highly recommended by multiple contractors. I am especially assured by their lifetime transferable warranty that goes with the house.
