I can't give this company a high enough review. I was worried about a couple of uneven spots on my flooring, so I called Foundation Solutions for a free consultation. Thomas Cochran came and inspected the inside/outside of my home. Thomas let me know that he didn't see any signs of a bad foundation and informed me of my options if I would like to continue investigating. It's such a relief to deal with an honest company who has their customers best interest in mind. Thomas was a real pleasure and seemed extremely knowledgeable with all things "foundation" related. I recommend this company to anyone who has a foundation issue. You can have the piece of mind that you're dealing with an honest and trustworthy company that does not pursue unneeded work.

We had some major settling issues with our home. Arizona Foundation Solutions repaired the problems. They were very professional. Our crew, lead by Steven Rasmussen did a fantastic job. We had some tight spaces for them to maneuver their equipment around in, and they did a fantastic job. The tile shower in our master bathroom had sunk about a half an inch on the outside wall. When the crew lifted the wall up, they were able to realign the shower tiles. It was amazing.

The three people I dealt with the most were Brian Guthrie, Randall Wright, and Sarah Murillo. Brian was my rep and guided me through the process with thorough knowledge and great sensitivity. I received fast response whether texting, calling or email. Believe me, with that big a job and investment involved, I did all three. Randall and his associate were the ones to tear up the area around my home for the job, and boy did they ever. Yet they took the time to show me and explain what they were doing. When they were done and cleaned up the area it was like nothing had ever been disturbed at all! If I hadn't seen it myself I would have thought nothing had been done there. But believe me it sure was. Then came Sarah and her truck and drill and the huge hose of expanding concrete to finish the job. A one woman dynamo. I don't want to leave out the engineers and the folks who made sure it was safe for the guys to dig and the project planners; not to mention the folks who created the system in the first place. My home was not one of the lucky ones who could be returned to alignment without destroying the house itself. I give you much credit for knowing when to stop. I am very satisfied that my foundation is now stabilized and can't deteriorate further. That is more than enough for me. I am grateful you could prevent the destruction of my home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

After doing a lot of research, I called Arizona Foundation Solutions to help me with my home.  They were all very considerate and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions.  They were also helpful and reassuring.  Such a wonderful staff and great crew.  I would hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends!

My chimney was separating from my house so I called them out to evaluate the situation and provide an estimate. The estimate was prompt and concise. The work was quickly scheduled and Victor and Jesse showed up in a timely manner, well prepared and they worked very hard to complete the job. They did a really good job and were completely happy to explain the whole process to me as they went along. Very interesting and I am very happy with the results and the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company with no reservations.

AZ Foundation Solutions does great work! We met with Thomas to get an estimate on a home we were looking to buy!. We had light settlement that we wanted to lift. Thomas came out and gave us an estimate and was great to go over all the details of what they needed to do and gave some advice on what to do with other areas of the home. Edgar and his crew came out to do the job and it looks great! They were quick and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Permits were passed by the city and was all clear! The house is now leveled out and I'm really happy with the work done with great customer service which is hard to come by these days especially in home repairs! I will only use AZ Foundation Solutions in the future!

I hired the ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS company when cracks in the block walls of my house got larger. They did an engineering study to determine the location and extent of the foundation movement. A proposal was made including foundation lift and high pressure concrete injection slab lift. The work was scheduled and started on time and date. The work crew was led by VICTOR MENDOZA who was always willing to take the time to explain what was being done and the expected end results. The crew completed the work on the planed date, and left my home neat with little trace of their activities. Internal wall cracks have closed up along with gaps in the outside slump block. I would recommend ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS whenever wall or floor cracks need to be repaired.  

Arizona Foundation Solutions does not disappoint, I am impressed with the way this company does business. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. They even had an employee come help me on my computer to be able to give them a review. I will not hesitate to send anyone with a foundation problem their way if anyone I know has a problem. After researching different companies, to correct our foundation issues due to a severe slab leak, we chose AZ Foundation Solutions. Bryan Patrick was our residential consultant, and he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the steps that were going to be done and explained them thoroughly. We not only had the foundation raised, but we had a vent system installed to dry under the house, a crack stitched, and the slab raised. All the work crews including, Edgar, Barry, and Sarah, were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We are very happy with all the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I now have a game plan for and knowledge of just what real movement looks like and what areas it affects. This knowledge is golden! This company (and Ryan) has our loyalty. Reuben was wonderful to work with! As an out of state home owner it was stressful and confusion to deal with the long distance.
