After purchasing our home, we called Arizona Foundation Solutions to investigate a sloping floor issue.  Frank came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of our house and foundation.  With his information the engineers were able to determine that a portion of our foundation was sinking.  Although the report, scheduling and permitting took a while, once the work started we were very pleased.  Victor Mendoza and his crew member Alex were the best.  Victor's knowledge and pride in his work was very evident. He took the the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of our questions about smart jacks, piers and underpinnings.  His experience really came through with the lifting of the house.  We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing a resolution to foundation problems.

He drilled the foundation vent as close to the corner of the closet as he could. This excellent location provides more space to easily access the shelves. The PVC was installed straight up into the ceiling and looked like it had been there since the house was built. There was minimal damage to the tiled floor with only a small piece of tile being removed. The surrounding area looked fine and was cleaned after the installation. I was impressed by the PVC path that Barry chose to install in the attic. It is just how I would have installed it. We were also very impressed by the professional manner he displayed as I periodically interrupted him again and again with questions during the installation. His quick responses showed us he is very knowledgeable on how the system is installed and functions. At the completion of the installation he summarized  what he had done and showed us what to look for in case the fan fails. Again we are very satisfied and impressed by his work. Please convey our thanks and compliments to Barry.

Victor Rivera, Jacob Davis and Robert did a great job coordinating, installing and answering all questions regarding our new system. No one likes to find out they need mitigation to prevent problems, but these guys helped minimize our concerns.

These guys were great to work with. Their enthusiasm and expertise really made them shine and they were very helpful too. They used their own time to help troubleshoot a plumbing issue with me (thank you Marcus) and a water runoff issue (thank you Gregory and team). These items were completely outside of the parameters of the foundation work which just supports the family feel. Would use again without question!

I needed Foundation work done on my home and I knew it would cost some money. I wanted to make sure I chose the best company. After speaking to AZ Foundations, I knew I made the right choice. They were very informative over the phone and sent out a Consultant Chris. Chris was very professional and was able to explain everything to where I understood. Anytime I called him, which was many, he was able to speak to me and let me know what to expect, including when I wanted to add more work. It got even better once the Installation Crew came out. From the very beginning Bryan Wooldridge has been amazing! We were buying a house in Ahwatukee with stem wall problems but we were still living in New Mexico so our real estate agent met him at the house. Bryan explained everything so thoroughly and in such an easy to understand way that my agent was able to easily explain it to my husband and I. Bryan then followed up with a report outlining everything the same day. I had a question regarding one part of the house after we moved in and he came back out to meet with me and answer my questions, all of this at no charge. He was so kind and caring, I have total confidence that Arizona Foundation Solutions is going to do a great job on our home. I'll put in another review when the job is done.It's now 2 months later and our stem wall has been repaired and we couldn't be any happier. Our foreman for the job was David Bickers and he was fantastic! He was really thorough on the job and noted things that didn't need to be done and saved us quite a bit of money. We really appreciated his honesty and the honesty of the company. From the start, working with Bryan Wooldridge, to the finish with David Bickers, Arizona Foundation has been great to work with, we highly recommend them!

We had some major settling issues with our home. Arizona Foundation Solutions repaired the problems. They were very professional. Our crew, lead by Steven Rasmussen did a fantastic job. We had some tight spaces for them to maneuver their equipment around in, and they did a fantastic job. The tile shower in our master bathroom had sunk about a half an inch on the outside wall. When the crew lifted the wall up, they were able to realign the shower tiles. It was amazing.

Installer Barry was outstanding in every way: courteous, informative, clean and detail oriented. Also salesman Freddy was a ok so very attentive during the evaluation process. I would highly recommend AFS.

I hired the ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS company when cracks in the block walls of my house got larger. They did an engineering study to determine the location and extent of the foundation movement. A proposal was made including foundation lift and high pressure concrete injection slab lift. The work was scheduled and started on time and date. The work crew was led by VICTOR MENDOZA who was always willing to take the time to explain what was being done and the expected end results. The crew completed the work on the planed date, and left my home neat with little trace of their activities. Internal wall cracks have closed up along with gaps in the outside slump block. I would recommend ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS whenever wall or floor cracks need to be repaired.  

Barry was very professional, personable, and installation work was top notch. The moisture tube and fan install was completed in a timely manner with no mess. Excellent start to our foundation repair process. Thank you!

After researching different companies, to correct our foundation issues due to a severe slab leak, we chose AZ Foundation Solutions. Bryan Patrick was our residential consultant, and he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process.
