Had a sinking foundation and floor slab, repaired the foundation but still had a sinking slab Brian Patrick set up a appointment to have the slap expert (Sara Millo and Bill Taylor) come out and correct the problem. On the appointed date and time she came alone with her helper evaluated the problem and informed me with a positive attitude that the problem would take about two hours to fix , true to her prediction the leveling was completed, area clean up in less than time allotted truly a hard working and a professional individual one I would recommed for this type of repair. Thanks Brian for all the great help in getting my repairs completed.

Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I now have a game plan for and knowledge of just what real movement looks like and what areas it affects. This knowledge is golden! This company (and Ryan) has our loyalty. Thank you for being honest and thorough, a rare combination!

Brian, David and his crew and Sara were all great to work with. David and Sara did the physical work and i felt lucky to have had them assigned to my project. They left everything as it was before construction and went above and beyond with a few extra details.

Working with the team at Arizona Foundation Solutions was a great experience. Victor did a suberb job explaining the process and costs involved. David and Kaliq arrived on time, gave us a courtesy call beforehand, finished on time and left no trace except for our repaired stem wall. They even noticed that the damage was less extensive than anticipated and were able to do the needed repairs at less than the quoted price.

I really appreciate the diagnosis that AFS has done with our home. I have never felt pressured by them and they have been up front and honest. Bryan Wooldridge came out and took an initial look at the home and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his honest responses. We had a very thorough diagnosis done of our foundation and received a thick report about it from the engineer. Bryan came out to our home and spent about 2 hours with us going over the report in a detailed manner. I really appreciate his time and in no way did I ever feel rushed into making a quick decision. This company is a standout - they return phone calls, they are responsive, they show up on time, give honest quotes and they do great work. We had severe issues with heaving and subsidence and their topological mapping system helped us see the issues vividly and allowed them to build a detailed remediation plan that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the forthright cost explanation as well, there was no attempt to sugar coat the facts, they told me what I needed and how much it would cost - simple. Also every associate I interacted with from sales to on-site crew to phone advocates were courteous, relaxed and friendly.

I have recently been dealing with Chris Ortiz concerning repair of our house foundation. He has been very helpful with his knowledge and expertise about our particular issues. Chris has been punctual, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The analysis technician, Joelin Vistante, was equally friendly, professional and efficient in collecting data for the Forensic Engineering Report. I am very impressed with the amount of information and the use of technology. I am looking forward to seeing the plan in action.
