Working with AZFS to repair the foundation of our home. Chris Ortiz has been great and a pleasure to work with. Also would like to thank Jacob Walker for showing up on a Saturday to do the engineering measurements.

Chris Ortiz was an excellent resource in our initial appraisal of the project. He was responsive to our concerns and did a thorough evaluation and gave us a detailed estimate of the cost involved and the timing for the project. Through this long process he has been available when questions come up and has always been reassuring in the timing of his response. Felix was the project manager and did most of the labor involved in this project and was an incredible person to work with. He was communicating with us on a daily basis by text message as well as sending appropriate pictures to keep us updated in terms of the stage and progress of the project. I could not be more satisfied with the end result of our crawlspace, encapsulation by Arizona Foundation Solutions. Thank you.

We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.

Keep doing what you are doing to keep me informed. Ryan, Alexis, and Ashley have been most helpful.

Chris Ortiz is very knowledgeable and was very thorough in making sure I understand the analysis and solutions for my home. I feel that my home is getting the best foundation improvements on the market. Thank you!

From the free inspection all the way to installation of new piers, the entire crew that I've interacted with (Chris Ortiz, Adam Rhodes, Greg Andrews) have been excellent. Chris did a great job going over the initial inspection and the later review of what was going on with the house. Adam came in and did a great job doing the home survey. Greg's installation team came in and did a quality install. Everyone was professional and personable and did a good job putting us at ease with the process and giving us piece of mind that the finished product will help our home last.

Chris Ortiz is my foundation consultant. Chris just left here and at the moment I understand the work which will be performed for me as explained by Chris himself. Chris advised me I can contact him at any time if I have any future questions. Chris is professional, punctional and congenial.
