Overall a good experience with AZ Foundation Solutions folks.  Brian Patrick is a nice guy to work with.  Dave and crew (to install piers) were honest, friendly, and respectable folks.  We need more folks like them working in the service industry.  I recommend this company to anyone with foundation issues.

All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative.  He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends... even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check (scope) the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, [redacted] and [redacted] were great as well. [redacted] and [redacted]  were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me, my schedule, and the unforeseen plumbers schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. Our interactions with the AZFS were positive from the onset. Our solutions consult Ryan O. listened our concerns, answered our questions in as much detail as we wanted and was very patient (we asked a lot of questions). He consistently addressed our concerns in a timely fashion through the process and was excellent at customer engagement. The team that came out to do the MoistureLevel install was punctual, professional, courteous, respectful of my family, my property and had that personal touch. Barry A. Was the foreman and he was assisted by Marcus. They cleaned up and left the place neat and even brought our garbage bin off the street. Keep choosing employees like those mentioned and your business will continue to expand. Everyone we interacted with from AZFS was excellent.

I was helped by Bryan "Wooly"  in February 2021. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to offer different solutions/ideas for my specific foundation needs.

It was such a pleasure to do business with a professional Company. From my initial call to the price quote scheduling and finally the repair needed on our foundation. I'm sure you all are all tired of the excuse of well it's COVID that caused the poor service.  This Company did their job and well without one mention of COVID.  YEAH.  KUDOS TO BEING THE BEST.  I had other quotes and I'm very happy I chose ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS.

We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

So far, Andrew came out and looked around our house and did some measurements. He was knowledgeable and good communicator. I am happy so far with his opinion of our house. We have scheduled another appointment for later for the men to come out with detailed equipment. He also gave us excellent pointers to look for. I am giving him 4 stars BUT we don't know what the rest of the process will entail or if the company will follow through on the rest of this process.

We had an issue with a cracked foundation and later a drain pipe damaged by a tree root in the same area so I had concerns about our foundation. Tim came out and explained how our house was fine but what red flags to look for. Extremely helpful and kind! Thank you!

The company employs a professional staff. Everyone I worked with has had a friendly and helpful attitude. Danny installed my ML System. He is a very pleasant and professional man. He explained the process and showed me what he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up the area he worked in and left it to my satisfaction. Good Company to work with. I would recommend them.
