AZ Foundation Solutions has performed foundation stabilization and poly lift and leveling on the foundation and floor of my house. The work was performed professionally and the crew was knowledgeable in the application of their trade. The sales department was knowledgeable with the process and always responsive when I had questions concerning the job. Overall a good experience.

We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.

Arizona Foundations has done a remarkable job in restoring the structural condition of our home. Being from Texas, I was familiar with foundation issues attendant to building on clay soil, but the damage to our home in Arizona was far worse. We were unsure what condition the home would be in post-repair. To our amazement and delight, after their work we can now see that the cosmetic work we will do will complete the job. It is with profound joy that Chris Ortiz visited our home to explain in detail the procedure which will be followed while working on the foundation of our home. He was an expert and answered all our questions in an understandable way. Chris is a credit to your organization and it was a pleasure to meet with him.

We had stem wall work done over three years ago and were very satisfied with the work. For that reason, we recently asked for an inspection of another crack unrelated to the previous work. The inspection was done by Bryan Wooldbridge who was very cordial and professional, and provided a timely estimate that we intend to accept shortly.

I had them come out to check levels on our home and Jeff was awesome. He used a manometer to check the levels as we have clay in our soil. We will need to install rain gutters and perhaps the Moisture level system. I have enjoyed their professionalism and detailed report and recommendations. This is a great Company to work with on all levels.

Arizona Foundations Solutions came out to fix our foundation. Alex and Timothy were very professional and competent in repairing the issue to our foundation.
