Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I now have a game plan for and knowledge of just what real movement looks like and what areas it affects. This knowledge is golden! This company (and Ryan) has our loyalty. Chris arrived at the schedule time. He was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous during the entire visit. This was our second time dealing with him and both times he always displayed courtesy and thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.
