Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. Thomas is the kind of person that you can trust to give you a true evaluation of any foundation problem you might have, including assuring you that you have no problem at all if that is the case! We have worked with several other foundation companies in the past, but we highly recommend Thomas from Arizona Foundation Solutions. If we ever have any further concern about our foundation, we will only be calling Thomas at Arizona Foundation Solutions!

Jacob did a gutter and moisture level system installation.  Shawn worked on the gutter installation.Both were very respectful of limiting the mess and dirt involved in installing such systems.  Jacob made an extra effort to be sure that the moisture level system, installed in the attic, did not come in contact with anything in the attic, like a wood beam, that would cause vibration noise when it was working.  Jacob left the inside of the house as clean as possible.  Shawn installed the gutters so that they are up on the house to stay.  All the outdoor trash from the job was picked up and removed.Barron repaired a large crack that was on the foundation.  It looks much, much better and was ground down to an even level so I can install replacement tile.  He also left the house as clean as could be in the circumstances.I would recommend them to others for the same type of work.  They all explained what they did and what to expect.  No one was EVER rude or lost their patience with my questions.The reason I gave a 4 was because the administrative staff was not very responsive.  I was having 3 different jobs performed over 3 days and no one could seem to tell me, or even bother to get back with me, about which day what was going to be done.  I also had trouble finding out what time in the morning the employees would show up for the job.

Sarah came to our house in Prescott to do the concrete/poly repairs and she was fabulous! Very informative as to what she was doing. There were several more cracks to fix than she had anticipated but she stayed until after 8pm until they were all fixed. She was so amazing!

Alex S initially came out to walk through and identify potential problems. He recommended an engineering report. The report indicated some areas that needed attention. Our first repair appointment was yesterday. Ray came early and stayed until the cracks were filled and stapled. We have been very happy with the attention our foundation has been given.

I was at wits end with termites that I could not get rid of because of foundation cracks. They came out to give me estimate. But when my floor was torn up, I had double the linear feet in foundation cracks/ They worked with me financially and made it much more affordable. The work was done in a timely manner and looked great. Even the mess was cleaned up. Thanks for everything

I had worked with Arizona Foundation Solutions before. They had installed a moisture removal system as a heaving remediation solution. During my renovations, I noticed a crack in the foundation that was a little more than 1/16 of an inch wide. I felt comfortable fixing it myself. However, I wanted it done professionally and have it backed by a transferable warranty. Therefore, I decided to go the with Arizona Foundation Solutions. The person handling the actual repair was Tom Linear. I was very impressed by his commitment to doing the job right even before the start of the job. The original bid was different from the work that was actually needed since I had just completed removing tile to reveal the extent of the damage. I shared this change with Tom. He assured me that all would be handled. He also warned me about the limitations of the repair. Part of the crack was in close proximity to the wall. Due to this and the need for even more, possibly unnecessary work, this part of the crack would not be stitched. However, the work would still fall under the warranty. I was blown away by his skill, knowledge, patience, and willingness to not only listen to my concerns and answer questions but actually teach me me the techniques so I would feel comfortable doing it myself in the future if needed. Tom is an excellent teacher. As mentioned previously, the scope of the project was changed. He performed extra work that was not in the original contract and would not fall under the warranty, and was done without expectation of extra charge. I cannot say enough positive things about Tom. He is passionate about his work and is willing and able to share it with others. As a result of his visit, I not only have confidence in the repair that was done, but I also have confidence in myself to be able to apply similar fixes in future. The crew did a great job and worked quickly. We'll see how it holds up, its only been a few weeks.

Excellent work. All clean afterwards. Very professional. They pull a permit if needed with the city. All on the up and up. Best is they use fiberglass rebar which will never rust. Definitely recommend for stemwall repair.

Communication was very good. Everything was explained in detail. Chris Ortiz clearly explained the process when he came out to do the estimate. Crystal in the office assisted with scheduling and worked around my difficult schedule and a time crunch. Sarah came out to do the work with her assistant. Everything was explained. Cracked concrete was stitched and the patio raised a bit. I was a bit disappointed one area could not be raised higher but understood the reason. Sarah was careful to avoid stressing connecting structures. Time will tell if the process will hold up as much as I hope. This particular process made the most sense. I will be having another company do the resurfacing of the patio.

I'm always suspicious of "free" inspections by any company.  The Arizona Foundation Solutions engineer who accomplished my inspection was completely open and honest when he said that the crack in my foundation did not require his company's expertise.  He recommended just having a good handyman accomplish the repair.  I was impressed!
