The presentation gets an A+. The information contained in the presentation graphs showed what I believe was a true and accurate representation of problem areas in the foundation. However, Freddy Flores scores lower due to multiple failures to follow up on promises made.
If I could give them more stars, I would! They were the best! Steven Rasmussen, Jose and Jorge were all friendly, professional, polite and went the extra mile to ensure I understood what they were doing - and they even put up with my taking pictures as they were working - it's all very interesting!
Jose, Jorge and Steven did a great job of cleaning up (I think my front windows are actually cleaner than before they started, and Steven did a walkthrough with me to ensure that I was happy with everything he and his team had done.
What made you choose our company:
The time spent taking measurements inside the house, looking under the house and all around the house were impressive. The resulting charts and graphs and Freddy's presentation were even more impressive. The competition made me feel like my little house wasn't worth their time or attention.
