AZ Foundations staff have been very good about Explaining the processes needed to stabilize my home.
Everyone is very good about communicating with me.
Victor Rivera has been great about explaining all the processes that will be done to my home. When I've had questions he has been able to answer them or has redirected me to the person who can.
So far, I have only had one crew in to do their portion of the job. Victor Mendoza and his crew stablized my foundation with piers. They were professional, knowledgeable and informative. They did their job and provided excellent customer service. What great representatives of the company. I hope the other portions of my job are completed with the same attention to quality.
Everything was put back in place and tidy before the crew left the job.
