Purely, simply thank you all.
Beginning with Alexis, all of our experiences with Arizona Foundation Solutions was nothing less than exceptional. She is a very a positive, up-beat lady who is both professional and courteous, with a refreshing personality that both my wife and I appreciated very much. She not only managed/scheduled the appointments, but also made sure we knew what to do if we didn't hear from the appropriate person by a particular day/time. Those who were on her team were equally great.

Freddy Flores, a very friendly, personable and professional man, explained step by step, everything that would take place from the technical team tests on the foundation to the engineers' evaluation and mapping out plan of action, to the installation technicians' process. He answered all questions and concerns, even after the fact, putting our minds at ease and instilling confidence in what should be done.
Kevin and Bogar were an outstanding team. They were courteous, friendly knowlegeable and professional in all aspects of their work. They kept us informed of everything they were doing, and had to do. They also entertained all questions we had, in reference to the work they did. In addition, we learned of other areas of repair handled by AFS, which is why we have another app't. with Freddy Flores to get an estimate on water management in front of our house.
They cleaned up everything very well.
What made you choose our company:
Arizona Foundation Solutions was found after looking for everything from structural companies to contractors, since we didn't know the nature of the collective symptoms in our house. The website confirmed that it was, indeed foundation, not structural issues we were having. It was the only company we found that directly employed foundation engineers. AFS was also endorsed by a couple sources we have had much respect for over the years. The applied credit offered, if we had the work done by AFS weighed in our decision. Additional discounts were also given at the time of signing, with the final cost being considerably less than we were willing to pay form the beginning. The needed repairs were less expensive than what we felt they could have been also because the nature of the problem we had was of the easier to rectify than what we suspected. In addition we were told it was caught well in time which also kept the cost down (more preventative than repair).
