A level B Foundation Investigating concluded the home was experiencing foundation settlement. Foundation settlement can be caused by one or any combination of many factors including sub-grade saturation of moisture due to poor drainage, years of storm runoff, plumbing leaks, improper compaction, the lack of a proper foundation system, and/or (in most cases) natural earth movement.

In this Tucson, AZ home we did a repair job that included concrete crack stitch repair. We used carbon fiber rods and low viscosity polyeruea to bridge the gap caused by the concrete crack. This reinforced the area and strengthened the weakened area.
