The owners of this Phoenix home noticed cracks in their back patio and called Arizona Foundation Solutions.  Using crack stitching, we are able to rejoin the two areas while also allowing for some movement to occur.

We cut stitches into your cracked foundation's concrete, drop carbon fiber laminates into the cuts and adhere with low viscosity polyurea. The stem wall of the Phoenix home began showing serious warning signs of failure. This was due to the oxidation of the rebar inside the concrete. Our expert stem excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed the existing rebar and replaced it. To finish, we coated and patched the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home!
