In Apache Junction, Arizona, a homeowner noticed concerning horizontal cracks forming on the exterior foundation walls of their residence. These cracks, which started small, began to expand over time due to the oxidation of rebar within the concrete. Understanding the severity of the issue and the potential for further damage if left unaddressed, the homeowner reached out to Arizona Foundation Solutions. The initial inspection was scheduled by Brianna, the Customer Care Representative, who ensured the homeowner's needs were promptly met. Josh, the Design Specialist, then evaluated the problem, confirming that the cracks were indeed a result of rebar oxidation, which could lead to significant structural issues if not repaired.
The homeowner was informed about the limitations of traditional stem wall repair methods, which often fail to provide long-lasting results due to recurring oxidation and crack reopening. With concerns about the safety and longevity of their home, they were eager to explore a more reliable solution. Arizona Foundation Solutions proposed their advanced Heavy Concrete Stem Wall Patch, designed specifically to address the common failures of traditional repair systems and provide a durable, cost-effective solution.
