This beautiful stucco home, built-in 1995, had a cracked and flaking stem wall. The customer was tired of living with their foundation problems and the stress that comes with them. They plan on remodeling the floors in the kitchen and painting the house, but the foundation needed to be fixed first. To solve the issues with their stem wall, our team removed and replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite and repaired the concrete with a patch. Now the Customer won't have to worry about their leaning Stem Wall ever again!
