The Repair Process

1. Bluestake Compliance & Initial Locate
2. On July 1, 2025 (Bluestake ticket #1-602-598-5603), AZFS mobilized its crew to Camp Verde, completing the mandatory utility locate to mark underground lines.
3. PolyLevel® Injection Foam Application
4. Preparation: Small, discrete 5/8 in holes were drilled through the sunken slab panels.
5. Injection: PolyLevel®—a two-part geopolymer foam—was pumped beneath the slab. Expanding up to 15 times its initial volume, the foam filled voids and lifted the concrete to precise tolerances.
6. Curing: Within 15 minutes, the material supported full load, allowing the patio to be returned to service almost instantly.
7. NexusPro Joint & Crack Sealing (50 ft)
8. Existing control joints and the large crack were routed, cleaned, and fitted with backer rod.
9. NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant resistant to UV, extreme temperatures, and wash-out, was tooled into each gap.
10. A fine layer of native sand was applied for a seamless, uniform finish.

Final Inspection & Cleanup

The crew performed a walk-through to verify levelness, seal integrity, and site cleanliness before demobilizing.
