The three people I dealt with the most were Brian Guthrie, Randall Wright, and Sarah Murillo. Brian was my rep and guided me through the process with thorough knowledge and great sensitivity. I received fast response whether texting, calling or email. Believe me, with that big a job and investment involved, I did all three. Randall and his associate were the ones to tear up the area around my home for the job, and boy did they ever. Yet they took the time to show me and explain what they were doing. When they were done and cleaned up the area it was like nothing had ever been disturbed at all! If I hadn't seen it myself I would have thought nothing had been done there. But believe me it sure was. Then came Sarah and her truck and drill and the huge hose of expanding concrete to finish the job. A one woman dynamo. I don't want to leave out the engineers and the folks who made sure it was safe for the guys to dig and the project planners; not to mention the folks who created the system in the first place. My home was not one of the lucky ones who could be returned to alignment without destroying the house itself. I give you much credit for knowing when to stop. I am very satisfied that my foundation is now stabilized and can't deteriorate further. That is more than enough for me. I am grateful you could prevent the destruction of my home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This is my second foundation repair with AZ Foundation Solutions, and they delivered yet again. Alexis in the office is quick to reply and direct me to the right department, Ryan in sales always gets back with details and answers questions thoroughly and while I had different crews with the two jobs, they were super professional and helpful. Jacob did a gutter and moisture level system installation.  Shawn worked on the gutter installation.Both were very respectful of limiting the mess and dirt involved in installing such systems.  Jacob made an extra effort to be sure that the moisture level system, installed in the attic, did not come in contact with anything in the attic, like a wood beam, that would cause vibration noise when it was working.  Jacob left the inside of the house as clean as possible.  Shawn installed the gutters so that they are up on the house to stay.  All the outdoor trash from the job was picked up and removed.Barron repaired a large crack that was on the foundation.  It looks much, much better and was ground down to an even level so I can install replacement tile.  He also left the house as clean as could be in the circumstances.I would recommend them to others for the same type of work.  They all explained what they did and what to expect.  No one was EVER rude or lost their patience with my questions.The reason I gave a 4 was because the administrative staff was not very responsive.  I was having 3 different jobs performed over 3 days and no one could seem to tell me, or even bother to get back with me, about which day what was going to be done.  I also had trouble finding out what time in the morning the employees would show up for the job.

Barry and Tim from AZ Foundation Solutions performed an excellent job on my crawlspace drainage problem. Ryan, the salesperson, kept in touch with me also. All parties showed up exactly on time, every day. I highly recommend them for any work you might need.

I'm a REALTOR and had a home that had sign of a potential foundation issue. We inherited a house on a hill that had very major movement of the garage floor and walls due to the poor preparation of the initial preparation of the foundation underneath. We chose Arizona Foundation Solutions as they would be able to diagnose the problem, produce an engineers report and then have the repairs done. They offer a guarantee on the work and the guarantee is transferable to a new owner for a small fee. It did take quite awhile to get it all done, but when problems did arise Ryan, Edgar, Derrick and Matt were there to present solutions and get overcome the challenges. All very appreciated. Now we feel totally confident that the garage is safe- so important! Though it did take awhile to complete from beginning to end. Thank you guys as Arizona Foundation Solutions.
