This Chandler single-family home has an area of stem wall that began to flake and spall.  We installed a composite stem wall repair system!

We were called to this home in Chandler that was built in the 1980's to help the homeowners with some issues with their foundation! We filled cracks that could potentially allow water into the basement and used PolyLevel to lift some areas of the foundation that had started to settle. 

This Phoenix Home required an interior Stem Wall Repair in the garage.  

The stem wall at the Chandler home began to flacking and cracking. This was due to the rebar becoming oxidized and weakening the concrete around it. We came in and installed our patented non-ferrous composite.

Once moisture gets inside the concrete it is only a matter of time before the rebar inside oxidizes and weakens surrounding concrete. This is exactly what happened at this Chandler home. Our crew cut out the existing rebar and replaced it with our patented non-ferrous composite.
