Arizona Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This before-and-after set provides a closer look at an interior concrete slab crack repair in Phoenix, AZ. The before photo shows a long, irregular crack running through the exposed concrete floor. Arizona Foundation Solutions used the Crack Stitch system to reinforce the damaged area across the crack and complete the concrete repair. The after photo shows the repaired section after the Crack Stitch installation was completed and the surface was restored.

This home had a few areas with interior slab cracks.  We were able to crack stitch the area using a composite interlock method.

STEM WALL REPAIR - Excavate near damaged stem wall. Chip out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. Remove existing rebar. Replace with our non-ferrous composite. Coat patch with cement patch. Backfill excavated area. Clean up & remove all debris. Quantity listed is in linear feet. AZFS warrants the replaced rebar against rust for the life of the structure.

Under Anthony's meticulous supervision, the team began by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the cracks with non-absorbent backer rod filler. The NexusPro sealant was then expertly applied to the prepared cracks and control joints. The final step involved detailing the sealed cracks with a thin layer of native sand, giving the garage floor a uniform and polished look.
