Arizona Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

An area of this home's concrete stem wall began to crack & flake in areas. We were able to repair the problem with our trusted composite concrete repair system.

We were called out to the Fisher home to check out their foundation, because it seemed that an addition on their home seemed to be settling. Ryan Tracey had determined that in order to stabilize the foundation of the home and prevent it from settling further, we needed to put 2 helical piers to lift the addition. Here is a before and after picture, you wouldn't even know we were there, that is how good our guys are!

Our Crack Stitching process not only repairs cracks in concrete, but it will also allow for some minor movement to prevent new cracks from forming in the same area!

CRACK FILL - Clean out existing slab crack. Fill with a rigid 2 part poly. Clean up and remove all debris.
