The process began with the injection of PolyLevel® foam beneath the sunken slabs. This foam expanded to fill the voids and lift the concrete back to its original level, stabilizing the soil beneath. The quick-curing properties of PolyLevel® allowed the homeowner to use their pool deck within just 30 minutes of completion.

Next, the team addressed the cracks in the concrete using NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant was expertly applied to the prepared cracks and control joints. The NexusPro sealant, resistant to UV rays and extreme temperatures, ensured long-lasting protection against further damage. Within 60 minutes, the sealant had cured, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish.
