Suggestions for Improvement:

We ended up injecting grout from the side, which was what I thought would be required. It turned out to be unnecessary to locate the post tension wires and drill through the 10" slab. we found that the void wasnot deep enough to go through the slab. So what we did could have been less expensive and less labor. However the problem is solved and that's what's important.
