Our Overall Service
We are very satisfied with the repairs performed. After resolving some initial difficulties with scheduling and communications, the office kept us informed and the process went smoothly.
Call Representative
Early on we experienced some difficulties in communicating with the office. After voicing our concerns with our office representative Brie, our calls were answered or returned in short order, and we were kept informed of the status.
Sales Process
When the initial salesperson realized our slab was post-tensioned, he referred us to Victor Rivera who is knowledgeable in that area. Victor explained the process and solutions in a very understandable way. He remained one of our points of contact during the project and followed up with an inspection after completion of the work.
Our Installation Crew
Bo was the primary person on the repair crew along with Alex. The project required work scheduled over several weeks, and Bo always contacted me to let me know he was on his way. The crew was professional, and they did a great job. They took time to answer our questions and to explain what they were doing. We are very satisfied with the crew’s quality of work and their customer service attitude.
The Cleanup Process
After the work was completed, Bo and another crew member did an excellent job of cleaning up around the house.
