Photo Album: Concentric Piers and SmartJacks Installed to Stabilize Home in Payson, AZ

After noticing uneven floors in his Payson, AZ cabin, Gary reached out to Arizona Foundation Solutions for an evaluation. Following a thorough inspection, our team developed a repair plan to provide additional support for the home's foundation and floor system. To address the areas of concern, we installed concentric piers along the exterior of the home and SmartJacks within the crawl space. The concentric piers were placed beneath key support points to help reinforce the structure, while the SmartJacks were installed under floor beams and joists to provide supplemental support where it was needed most.
