Meet the Team: Tom D. Director of Operations

Tom comes to Arizona Foundation Solutions after a successful career as a U.S. Army Officer. He is a natural leader and team player who consistently looks at things from the clients point of view. In this role, Tom works closely with our CEO, Logistics, Maintenance and the Production Team to ensure that the clients expectations are met or exceeded. He coordinates between multiple production crews and the client looking at the big picture to ensure the customer has a WoW experience every time. In his free time, Tom is an amateur BBQ Pitmaster and enjoys smoking tough cuts of meat, turning them into edible works of art!
