Hailing from Naperville, Illinois, Jim Adamson is our Vice President of Operations! Jim can solve not only homeowner problems, but he is also already tackling some of the challenges found in the commercial foundation repair industry. Jim is an innovative manager who turns potential into operational performance in sales, service, and operations! Jim attended military school in FL and graduated from UNLV with degrees in business and financial management. Throughout his career, Jim has witnessed the personnel development and culture created as a result. This is driving change. As a passionate culture shaper and engaging hands-on leader, Jim has applied this reality to turnaround underperforming sales, service, and operations teams driving change that strengthens our brand and our Homeowner Heroes.
