Customer Care Specialist- Arizona Foundation Solutions

Compensation- $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Location- This is an on-site position located in Tempe, AZ.

The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will:

• Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist our customers in scheduling an appointment with one of our experts.
• Keep customer records and database current
• Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention.
• Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth communication and provide a personal touch with our homeowners.
• Provide customers with a remarkable experience

Who You Are

• Minimum of 1 year Customer Service or call center experience
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer programs and apps
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write in English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to perform accurate data entry
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
