Meet Paul! He is part of the sales team and just moved from Helena, Montana! He has amazing professional abilities along with his diverse experience in different industries going from an Award-winning designer and technical director to a master in hospitality back in his role as a Bar Manager over 20 years. His experience, along with his attitude, has helped him mold his mindset of seeing problems which have helped him to think outside the box and provide the best-tailored foundation solutions to several homeowners by now. Paul strives to improve skills and knowledge since he believes there is always room for improvement. Foundation movement is not an easy problem to understand, but with the right training and mindset, the complex can seem simple sometimes. What Paul likes most about his work is the family environment, the integrity, and being able to be as transparent as he can to every homeowner with the purpose of helping them reach their goals most quickly and efficiently possible. Paul enjoys spending time with his family and doing art in his free time. He is a dedicated father and husband since his family is the reason why and the focal point of his life. A fun fact about Pail is that he is an award-winning designer for theatrical productions in his spare time.
