After examining the home and performing the manometer survey, we believed the home could be experiencing foundation settlement at the north side, the south side and the west side of the home.

Our solution to the foundation settlement issue this home was experiencing was to underpin* the areas that are experiencing movement. *Underpinning is the process of installing deep foundation elements called piles. These piles are driven down past the unstable soils and are then locked up into load bearing strata that can support the loads that are put on them.

Fast & Effective Concrete Lifting & Leveling

Concrete used for walkways and driveways looks great when its new but over time the concrete slab will eventually start to shift as the ground does. The result can look disastrous and can create a dangerous tripping hazard as well. This far cry from the originally smoothly poured concrete often leads to frustration. If you have had a similar experience with your home know that you’re not alone and that you are in the right place. Our experienced crews have the knowledge and experience when it comes to the application of a revolutionary product called PolyLevel that is capable of lifting, leveling and stabilizing concrete slab. The process for concrete lifting and leveling begins by drilling a few small holes in the slab and then pouring the PolyLevel polymer into the hole. The polymer will mix and expand beneath the slab, raising it to the desired height and stabilizing it in the process. PolyLevel only takes about 15 minutes to dry and the product is environmentally friendly. To learn more about our concrete lifting and leveling solutions call or click today!

W Whipple St in Show Low
A couple months ago I had some work done to the foundation of our vacation home, but as time has gone by the front of the house is starting to sink in and the house is tilting a bit. There's starting to be cracks in the inside of the house and it's starting to scare me. thank you so much, I hope to hear from you!
Passage Drive in Show Low
Am considering buying this house /property in Show Low, as a summer home... a live in Mesa in the winter.... this Show Low/slab house (uncommon in that area, I am learning) has "listed".. i.e. it appears the whole slab under this 1278 square foot house has tilted... like 2.5 inch drip on 20 feet or so, kind of tilt... can something this large be mudjacked (I have hired mudjacking for smaller pieces of concrete slab when I lived in Nebraska, on clay soils... but am wondering if a whole house can be jacked, and, at what cost) Call me... would like to talk to a professional who knows Show Low soils... thanks....
W Creekwood Lane in Show Low
10 year old home, expansive soil likely causative. Facing the front of home, right side is moving relative to left. Left received more concrete as contractor noted proximity to creek, perhaps doing the minimum elsewhere. Some floors moved down (right side), some wall gaps to ceiling, as structure reacts.

W Rogers Dr in Show Low
Small single story 1000 square foot house I am considering purchasing. Built on a slope with the rear on CMU piers, some loose stacked. Inside floors very uneven and roof shows signs of movement. Good access underneath house to inspect. I am unfamiliar with the soil in this area, but a front retaining wall shows signs of expansive soil. I need a thorough inspections and estimate for repair of the house foundation
W Nikolaus in Show Low
We had sewer back up under our home and were unaware of it for 4 months. As a result we now have cracks in our stem wall, a door that once opened and shut easily and now is near impossible to shut and massive cracks in our drywall near the window. We are in Show Low, and would like someone to come take a look at the issues to confirm a foundation issue and give an estimate for repairs.
