Job Stories From Queen Creek, AZ
Concrete Lifting and Leveling in Queen Creek, Arizona

In Queen Creek, AZ, the executives at a facility faced a pressing issue of foundation settlement in the concrete sidewalk, which could pose a significant tripping hazard. Understandably, this raised concerns among the leadership team. After conducting diligent research, they realized that the problem could be resolved more expeditiously than initially anticipated. As a result, one of our AZFS inspectors was dispatched to assess the situation promptly, providing immediate relief to the executives' worries.

Upon arrival, the inspector, a foundation specialist, identified the root cause of the problem. They recommended employing the PolyLevel service to raise the concrete sidewalk slab back to its original position, effectively addressing the concrete repair issue. Our team understands how concerning it can be to encounter such problems, and we strive to provide personalized solutions promptly.

The primary challenge in this critical concrete lifting project lies in the precise selection of injection points for the foam material. Our experts understand the importance of exercising caution to ensure that the injection points are adequately spaced to prevent any potential damage to the concrete sidewalk slab during the foundation crack repair. They meticulously identified and marked each location for foam injection, drilling the necessary holes and initiating the injection of the foam material. The team exercised patience, waiting up to 15 minutes for the material to expand fully. This allowed our team to make informed decisions about whether additional material was needed for the concrete slab.

The diligent efforts paid off, and the concrete sidewalk slab was successfully lifted, swiftly eliminating the tripping hazard that had been a cause for concern. We understand how crucial it is to address such issues promptly, providing peace of mind to our clients.

In the project's conclusion, our team ensured that the concrete sidewalk slab was perfectly leveled after the foam material had been injected. Ames Construction expressed their immense satisfaction with the work performed, and we were humbled by their gratitude for delivering such a prompt and professional service. This project served as a testament to our unwavering commitment to tackling foundation repair challenges, showcasing that no job is too big or too small for our dedicated team of foundation contractors. If you're seeking "foundation repair near me" or require an "express foundation inspection," we are always ready to deliver top-notch house foundation repair solutions, even in Queen Creek, AZ.

Project Location: Queen Creek, AZ
Discovered new large drywall cracks in the garage ceiling. I believe this just happened or very recently happened. There is also a small crack in the foundation and along a window. House was built in 2017. We also have a small random crack inside by our entry/hallway and we had a large ceiling seam crack which was repaired a few months ago. This was along the drywall seams. The ones in the garage are not. I believe the foundation is still under warranty but we need to know what type of issues we are dealing with. I don't trust the builder to give a proper assessment. Thank you

Project Location: Queen Creek, AZ
I moved into a new build in June 2020. I had the customary inspection done before the one year mark, but nothing significant was found. Within the last six months, we have been hearing very loud noises in the home, which are nothing like the typical walls settling and cracking. I now have tiles bowing in my kitchen and entry area, and cracking down the middle (which we have deduced are where the loud noises are likely coming from). While it's evident that the tile work was sub-par, I'm concerned that there may be a foundation issue. A local inspector referred me to your company, as he feels it could be foundation related as well. Hoping you can help me with a residential inspection. Thank you!

We are a custom home builder. We built this home 2 years ago. It seems there may be issues with foundation settling. I am hoping for someone to come out to inspect and see if there is a foundation issue so I can determine if it is the foundation or if it is in my trusses.
