They were very informative over the phone and sent out a Consultant Chris. Chris was very professional and was able to explain everything to where I understood. Anytime I called him, which was many, he was able to speak to me and let me know what to expect, including when I wanted to add more work. It got even better once the Installation Crew came out. Edgar and his crew were fantastic, they were very professional, they knew what they were doing, and they told me what they were doing. Victor Rivera, Jacob Davis and Robert did a great job coordinating, installing and answering all questions regarding our new system. No one likes to find out they need mitigation to prevent problems, but these guys helped minimize our concerns.

He drilled the foundation vent as close to the corner of the closet as he could. This excellent location provides more space to easily access the shelves. The PVC was installed straight up into the ceiling and looked like it had been there since the house was built. There was minimal damage to the tiled floor with only a small piece of tile being removed. The surrounding area looked fine and was cleaned after the installation. I was impressed by the PVC path that Barry chose to install in the attic. It is just how I would have installed it. We were also very impressed by the professional manner he displayed as I periodically interrupted him again and again with questions during the installation. His quick responses showed us he is very knowledgeable on how the system is installed and functions. At the completion of the installation he summarized  what he had done and showed us what to look for in case the fan fails. We just had Barry Anderson do our moisture level system and this guy is one of the best workers I have ever had work for me. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the process along the way. AZ Foundation Solutions did an amazing job on the home I am renting. All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative. Thomas, the foreman, stood out from the others. He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends, even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, Dwayne and Alonso were great as well. Sarah and Felix were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me and my schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. We called AZ Foundation Solutions to fix our home. We heard foundation work could be costly so we called not expecting to be happy about it. We were wrong. Our Consultant Chris came out for an inspection and just talking to him put us at ease. He was very friendly and seemed like he had been in the field for years! He answered all our questions and let us know what to expect. We decided to do Engineering so we could find out what was happening to our home. Chris again came out and explained our Report in full detail! We were together so long we felt like he was apart of the family. He let us know what to expect and what possibilities could also arise. We decided to do the work. What we were most happy about was this, everything Chris told us to expect, including the timeline and potential for hiccups happened like he explained to us. We had Fernando and Danny come out and install Piles and Jacks and they did everything they said they were going to do. By far the best experience with a Contractor we’ve ever had! We highly recommend AZFS to all, as a matter of fact, we referred a friend and understand Chris was able to take care of them too!

We had AZFS come out to fix our home. I had a different experience than my husband. Chris came out for our first appointment. I could tell he was very good at his job, but I didn’t understand a lot of it like my husband. He took the time to explain what he was saying in 2-3 different ways till I understood. You have no idea how helpful that was, especially considering how much it could cost us. I must have called, text or emailed Chris about 20 times through the whole process. He picked up or responded immediately or within the same day to keep me at ease, even when the installation crew was out, I called to be reminded of what they were doing. I have to say, I had zero knowledge of foundations and after having Chris and the crews here, I’m almost an expert. I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to all!

We had to have a house "raised and leveled" due to the soil conditions. We retained AZ Foundation Solutions to do the work. They did an excellent job and were professional in every way. Special kudos to our crew of Steve, Jose, Gorge and Sarah.

We had piles installed around part of the perimeter of our home and jacks down the center. The crew, led by Steven was excellent and made sure we were comfortable with all that was going on. Every time I called our salesman, Freddy, I received a prompt reply. Even though it was expensive, I am relieved that our home has been properly repaired and that the warranty is transferrable. We have recommended Arizona Foundation Solutions to our neighbors.

Arizona Foundation Solutions just completed the repairs on our house that was sinking. Cracks everywhere and doors that would not shut. This company was fantastic. Our experience in working with Arizona Foundation Solutions has been excellent. Our sales rep, Ryan Tracey, explained the process clearly and stayed on top of the scheduling process through completion of the work. He was very responsive to our questions and comments. Stabilizing a foundation and slab is a major project. A successful outcome is the result of many factors, with knowledgeable and hard working employees at the forefront. The foreman on our project, Greg Andrew, is a very experienced and dedicated person who made sure the project was done right. His commitment to doing the best job possible is impressive. Despite long hours working in hot and dusty conditions, Greg and his crew put forth their best efforts 100% of the time. In addition to Greg, two newly employed workers, Alfonso and Isaac followed Greg's lead and quickly embraced his work ethic and commitment to doing the job right. They maintained a positive attitude with good attitudes despite long hours of hard work. Upon completion of the foundation work, slab stabilization work was performed by Sara. This lady is amazing. Knowing we were trying to complete the work in order to facilitate carpet installation, Sara arrived at our house promptly at 0800, having left the valley 4 hours earlier. She too is very experienced and methodical in the performance of her work. She was 100% committed to doing the work successfully and in a timely manner. While it will take time to assess the effectiveness of the stabilization project, we already can see positive results in the form of formerly problematic doors and windows which now are opening properly. A word of caution: If you are having work done inside the house as part of the solution, pay attention to the company's recommendations for mitigating the effect of dust created in the process. This, coupled with hiring someone to help with the clean up process will be well worth it. We believe we made the right decision in selecting Arizona Foundation Solutions to do this job. About 9 months ago we tested for radon in our new house and the level was 5 pCi/L. The FDA says anything over 4.0 should be mitigated, and the WHO says anything over 2.7 should be mitigated due to the cancer risk from radon exposure. We called AZ Foundation Solutions and their engineers reviewed our floor plans designed a mitigation system which they installed. We waited about 9 months for the system to do its job and then retested. We were very happy to see the results. In the two rooms we tested, one was 0.7 and the other was 1.0, well below acceptable levels. The AZ Foundation Solutions system really works! We had one communication problem but the company addressed it.
