Fast & Effective Concrete Lifting & Leveling

Concrete used for walkways and driveways looks great when it is new but over time the concrete slab will eventually start to shift as the ground does. The result can look disastrous and can create a dangerous tripping hazard as well. This far cry from the originally smoothly poured concrete often leads to frustration. If you have had a similar experience with your home know that you’re not alone and that you are in the right place. Our experienced crews have the knowledge and experience when it comes to the application of a revolutionary product called PolyLevel that is capable of lifting, leveling and stabilizing concrete slab. The process for concrete lifting and leveling begins by drilling a few small holes in the slab and then pouring the PolyLevel polymer into the hole. The polymer will mix and expand beneath the slab, raising it to the desired height and stabilizing it in the process. PolyLevel only takes about 15 minutes to dry and the product is environmentally friendly. To learn more about our concrete lifting and leveling solutions call or click today!

I've been noticing some slight separations around a counter top and window from the wall, along with a door that recently wouldn't latch when closed. Also a significant number of stucco cracks. Nothing too alarming but strange. I'm looking to get a professional opinion. Thank you

I have a concrete slab that's 4x4 , it's part of my walkway to my front door that's settled. I just moved into this house so I'm pretty sure when we get heavy rain it's going to pool there and flood. I'm looking to see what the cost would be to raise it up a bit. I may have 2 slabs that need it.

We believe we have a stem wall issue. The corner of the wall had a visibly rusted piece and the wall itself is cracked. We would love to get an estimate on what thus would cost to be repaired. Thanks

My neighbor found a hole in between our homes in the front of our house. It is about 6 inches in diameter and about 3 feet deep. It is very cylindrical and upon inspection with the back end of a shovel the bottom feels firm. However, I attempted to fill with water. With the hose on High it took about 3 minutes before I got the water to the top of the hole. Within 20-30 seconds the water was all gone. It appears there was a hole to one side of the bottom of the hole where the water was draining. There was a lot of bark floating up on the water in this hole. Our homes are built in what use to be an orchard so I am suspecting a decaying root structure.

I have a section of concrete approximately 3 x 4 that has settled. It leans toward the foundation. It is located where the roof water drains off and water runs under the foundation. I would like it raised and sealed to prevent settling of the home.
