Foundation Repair Estimate AZDaniel S. Barone, Engineered Analysis Consultant at Arizona Repair Masons, Inc and Arizona Ram Jack LLC,

Daniel S. Barone, Engineered Analysis Consultant at Arizona Repair Masons, Inc. and Arizona Ram Jack LLC, has over 30 years in the construction field. Daniel’s responsibilities at Arizona Repair Masons, INC and Arizona Ram Jack LLC are to perform the Engineered Analysis for our customers in their home.

The Analysis inspection starts out with the drawing of a footprint of your entire home.  Daniel will then set up the Manometer at the front door of your home. Manometers have been used for thousands of years. It is believed that the ancient Egyptians used water leveling devices to help construct the great pyramids, a manometer works on the principle that water will equalize to the same relative elevation on both sides of a U-shaped tube. Contrary to many opinions, manometers are highly accurate survey instruments, with the potential of measuring to within thousandths of an inch. Even today, manometers are used in industries such as aircraft manufacturing to position critical components inside confined spaces to tolerances of thousandths of an inch. After the manometer is completed, Daniel will document all damages on the footprint. Last step in the EA inspection is documenting all damages interior as well as exterior with photographs. All the data collected at your home is returned to our highly trained staff were the report is then analyzed completed and given to our salesman to review with you our customer.

Prior to joining Arizona Repair Masons, Inc. and Arizona Ram Jack LLC 2003, Daniel worked for Triangle Pacific, Republic Industries, Legacy Cabinets, and Bailey Cabinets in the Phoenix area. Daniel was forced out of the Cabinet Industry due to the failing economy. Daniel was out of work for over 3.5 years before being hired by Arizona Repair Masons, Inc. and Arizona Ram Jack LLC on May of 2012
Daniel was born and raised in upstate New York and relocated to Phoenix, AZ 10 years ago.
