Daniel S. Barone, Engineered Analysis Consultant at Arizona Repair Masons, Inc and Arizona Foundation Solutions LLC,
Daniel S. Barone, Engineered Analysis Consultant at Arizona Repair Masons, Inc. and Arizona Foundation Solutions LLC, has over 30 years in the construction field. Daniel’s responsibilities at Arizona Repair Masons, INC and Arizona Foundation Solutions LLC are to perform the Engineered Analysis for our customers in their home.
The Analysis inspection starts out with the drawing of a footprint of your entire home. Daniel will then set up the Manometer at the front door of your home. Manometers have been used for thousands of years. It is believed that the ancient Egyptians used water leveling devices to help construct the great pyramids, a manometer works on the principle that water will equalize to the same relative elevation on both sides of a U-shaped tube. Contrary to many opinions, manometers are highly accurate survey instruments, with the potential of measuring to within thousandths of an inch. Even today, manometers are used in industries such as aircraft manufacturing to position critical components inside confined spaces to tolerances of thousandths of an inch. After the manometer is completed, Daniel will document all damages on the footprint. Last step in the EA inspection is documenting all damages interior as well as exterior with photographs. All the data collected at your home is returned to our highly trained staff were the report is then analyzed completed and given to our salesman to review with you our customer.
Prior to joining Arizona Repair Masons, Inc. and Arizona Foundation Solutions LLC 2003, Daniel worked for Triangle Pacific, Republic Industries, Legacy Cabinets, and Bailey Cabinets in the Phoenix area. Daniel was forced out of the Cabinet Industry due to the failing economy. Jack McGuire is our man in Tucson and serves Southern Arizona from our office on Tangerine Rd. on the North side of town. Jack has been evaluating foundation issues in the Western US since 2003 and has designed over 800 repair plans during his career.
After college, Jack returned home and joined his brother in the custom home building business until the mid 80’s when Jack and his wife Eileen pursued a dream and headed west for Colorado. He stayed in the Real Estate business in Colorado as an agent, Broker and GM for a fortune 500 company, and eventually returned to his construction roots in the foundation repair business. For the last decade, Jack led his firm in the area of design installations for the States most successful foundation contractor and now brings his expertise to AZRM in Arizona. When the opportunity presented itself to relocate to Tucson to be closer to his young adult children-he leapt at the chance. “Family is huge for my wife and me, when we had the chance to join a great firm like AZRM and get closer to family too; it was an easy choice to make”.
Jack’s mission is to continue that of the Firm, to serve our Arizona neighbors when they are presented with the challenges of foundation problems caused by Arizona soils. “Southern Arizona is a unique environment and its soils can be very unpredictable. Evaluating the problem correctly is the key to a sound repair plan.” It takes career experience and great installation teams to maintain the trust our customers have placed in us and that’s our commitment to Tucson; expert repairs, done right the first time.
