I can’t say enough good things about Arizona Foundation Solutions! They helped us with our expansive soil issue by installing a MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System.

The whole process was smooth from the 1st inspection to completed project. You are in good hands with AZ Foundation Solutions. A team of dedicated engineers, techs, project managers and support staff was there every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop or that we didn’t understand the issue we had.

Andrew our project manager explained our issue, showed us the engineers report and had a plan of action for us to solve our expansive soil issue. We didn’t have a bad issue but if untreated we would have seen more problems down the road. Gilbert, AZ where we live, has a lot of old farm land and lots of expansive soils, causing our house to heave up on the sides and push down at the middle. The MoistureLevel Smart System will dry the soil below the home and keep the expansive soils from absorbing water and expanding which causes the house to heave and if untreated is a major issue.

We no longer are up and night concerned about our home and foundation as Bob Brown’s patented MoistureLevel Smart System is just what we needed to fix our issue. It comes with a 10 year warranty proving AZ Foundation Solutions stands by their work.

Felix was the the tech assigned to our project and we were so happy he was. Felix was absolutely amazing. We have a 10 month old and Felix was concerned about the noise level being too loud for baby so he was so careful and quiet. Felix was so respectful it was amazing.
