Ryan has been certified by multiple different foundation repair manufacturers on products as well as repair plan design. He has also worked on multiple projects with some of the most respected forensic geotechnical & structural engineers in AZ.
His days includes helping home owners understand which direction their foundation is moving, possible causes for the movement, the level of severity and what all of their options are. He also trains Solutions Consultants on the causes of foundation movement, how to analyze foundation movement and how different solutions will minimize, mitigate, and/or permanently stabilize foundations.
He loves working here because our whole purpose as a company is to protect home owners from misdiagnosis and unneeded repairs, but it goes far beyond just that. We want to protect our customers from bad advice, contractors with limited options, as well as bad products. Working here gives him a noble purpose every day and it all starts with how we can help our customers.
He spends his spare time with his family. He is married, has two teenage boys that are very active and keep him and his wife busy. They also stay active in their free time playing at the lakes in the summer and riding the mountains in the winter.
Mr. Bosse called Arizona Foundation Solutions out to his home because of a rather large crack in his kitchen floor. With our solution of crack stitching, we were able to help this customer have a smooth kitchen floor.
Chad called us out to his home because his patio was settling and causing it to crack. We were able to add a pier to the column that was settling to prevent from futher settlement and to stabilize that portion of the foundation
The K. residence had a problem with cracks interior and exterior, but the major concern was their fireplace separating from the wall. Here you can see a before picture of the separation and the after picture of the gap being closed due to adding piers around the foundation to stabilize.
This Gilbert home was built in 1994 and the homeowner has lived there for many years. The house began to show signs of stem wall failure. The stem wall was cracked, flaking and you could see the rebar. To fix the issue, our stem wall repair team replaced the rebar with NEVERRUST non-ferrous composite.
A home in Paulden Arizona had a lot of interior cracks in their home. With our foundation repair solution using Helical Piers, we were able to immediately close some of these wall cracks. In the picture you can clearly see the crack being closed.
