Meet Richard Garcia! He was one of our most talented installers on the production team, but he got promoted to logistics due to his great efforts. Richard is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, so he has probably seen foundation problems all his life without knowing it. Richard has been a part of our family for a long time now, and his experience and skills just keep improving as time goes by. Richard is always ready to smile at you, tell you a joke, or make your day by saying something nice.

Richard takes pride in his work since he knows he is helping homeowners to accomplish their home-improvement investments. Richard knows he needs to be very organized, so all activities go as planned. Time management and multitasking are crucial for his job since a mistake can lead to terrible delays. Therefore, Rochard does his best with the help of his coworkers to accommodate each activity and get the best out of time.

Richard's favorite superhero is superman because he can fly anywhere and has different superpowers. In his free time, Richard likes to watch the suns game since he is their fan number one. 

A fun fact about Richard is that he collects the Phoenix Suns memorabilia.
