This charming stucco home, built-in 1996, had a cracking and flaking stem wall that was causing some issues for the homeowners. The customer wanted to stop the stem wall problem from spreading before it became more expensive, unsightly, and a further danger to the structure. -Excavate near damaged stem wall.
-Chip out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar.
-Remove existing rebar.
-Replace with NEVERRUST non-ferrous composite.
-Coat patch with cement patch.
-Backfill excavated area.
-Clean up & remove all debris.
